People that know Raffaele will tell you that he is genuine, hardworking and goal driven. When he is not with his family enjoying  a meal, you can catch him on the golf course, playing soccer or hockey with his friends or spending time with his wife Amanda. He is always looking for ways to better himself and the people around him. His passion to succeed in everything he does is what drives him to be the best.

Early in his career, he realized that he needed to implement a system that would create a tremendous amount of exposure for his clients, giving them the upper hand on the competition, while providing the “Ultimate Real Estate Service”. This remarkable selling system took an immense amount of time to refine and prefect. The “Award Winning Selling System” that Raffaele implements has earned him respect from all of his clients and colleagues.

Raffaele has always been intrigued with the process of how homes are built, bought and sold. After working in several different industries and trades, he found himself unsatisfied with his career path and needed to find something that gave him a level of fulfillment. After much contemplation, he then decided to pursue his passion for real estate and make it a lifetime career. 

In December 2009, he became a member of Coldwell Banker The Real Estate Centre Brokerage. Mentored and trained by the owner of his company Tania Artenosi, who is a highly successful and well-respected Realtor in the industry, Raffaele quickly learned how to conduct efficient real estate transactions which gave him an advantage in the extremely competitive real estate market. After his second year, he was awarded #12 for gross commission and #14 for total transactions in his brokerage with over 150 Realtors. Presently, he has continued to improve his skills and remain in the top 15 Realtors amongst his colleagues. In 2012, he was presented with the “Maple Leaf Award” for gross commissions received and the "Ultimate Service Award" for maintaining the best possible service provided. In 2015, he was presented the "International Sterling Society Award" for gross commissions received and the “Global Luxury Property Specialist Designation” for production above and beyond $750,000.

Raffaele’s strong work ethic and determination to be the best at everything he does has allowed him to become successful and a pleasure to work with. He is continuously discovering new methods to improve his business through endless seminars, courses and technology.  His goal is to make each and every transaction function smoothly with the least amount of inconvenience and achieve the best possible results for his clients.
